Moderating on Admin Watch Page

You can send chat messages as an admin and manage products from the Dashboard while a live show is ongoing.

To go to the Admin Watch page, go to the main Live Show listing page. A show that is currently live would have LIVE as its status. Click on View.

Moderating Chat

On the Chat tab in the Admin Watch page, you can send and read chat messages sent by viewers. Other actions you can take:

Pin Comment

  • You can pin one comment at a time by clicking on the sender's name and clicking Pin. A pinned comment will stick to the top of the live chat until it is unpinned.

Reply

  • To reply viewer's messages directly, you can click on their name in the chat message and click Reply. All viewers will be able to see your reply.

Mute

  • To unmute a disruptive viewer, you can click on their name and click Mute. The viewer will be informed that they have been muted and will be unable to send chat messages.

Moderating Products

On the Products tab, you can manage your selection of products for the live show. Some actions you can take:

Pin products

  • You can pin up to three products onto the live show screen. When clicked on the pinned products, the viewer will be directed to the product's URL.

Add/Remove products

  • You can select more products to add into the live show by clicking on the + icon in the Products Tab.
  • You can click on the - icon next to the product to remove a product from the live show. This will not delete your product from your Dashboard CMS.

Sort products

  • You can click and drag each product in the listing to reorder your listing.

Product tagging

  • You can change your product tags by clicking on the dropdown menu of each product.

Currently, two admin accounts are able to moderate on the same live show at the same time. However, it is recommended to assign specific actions to specific admins, to avoid clashing of activity.

note

Your viewers will be able to see the changes reflected after refreshing the live show player by closing and opening the product catalogue.
